Shipping
We charge a fixed £6.00 for all of our shipments, this is a one off cost per order, not cost per item.
All orders are shipped via ParcelForce Worldwide which gives us a fully traceable service. Most goods offered on our website are stocked items and will, therefore, ship on the day of order to arrive with you by 15:00pm next day. Should any of your purchases be out of stock or on re-order we will inform you by email to discuss your options.
We may, at no additional cost, deliver your goods in installments if all the goods are not available for dispatch at the same time.
In the unlikely event that your item is temporarily out of stock at time of order, we will do our best to get your order back in stock and deliver to as soon as possible.
Credit/debit cards are not charged until goods are dispatched.
Any item in stock will be despatched on the same day if the order is received before 13:00pm Monday-Friday. If the order is received after this time, the order will be despatched the next working day
Returns
If you wish to return any products to us for any reason, please contact us on +44 (0)1283 585955 or by email immediately. Goods must be returned in an unused new condition and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. All returned goods should be sent by Recorded Delivery or a similar secure service to ensure goods arrive safely back to us. Please include your name, address and invoice number in the package and reason for return. We will refund cost of goods only. Special order items cannot be refunded.
Defective Items
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or defective, it should be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery to you, a replacement item will be offered, if this is not acceptable then you will be given a full refund in accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have any concerns or complaints with either our service to you or our web site, we value your opinion and you can e-mail these to us.
We aim to respond to any complaint or concern within 3 working days. We will keep you informed via e-mail of the outcome. We welcome and value constructive comment on how we can improve our products and services to you/
